Vorkhurry for people operations

Attendance, leave and reviews, in the same place as the work.

The problem

Leave lives in a spreadsheet, attendance in another tool and reviews in a document. A manager planning a sprint cannot see who is away, and HR re-keys the same people into every system.

How Vorkhurry helps

Vorkhurry keeps the people the work is planned around: check-ins with corrections a manager approves, leave balances granted each year automatically, timesheets with approval, shifts and pay periods you can lock and export, and reviews with peer feedback, all under the same roles and audit trail as the projects.

Check in, and your manager sees it live. Ask for a day off, and it is approved by your manager, never by you.

Monday, nine-oh-two. Who's in, and who's off?

Esha checks in. The server keeps the time.

Her manager sees the team's day, live.

Need a day off? Pick the dates, choose the type of leave, and send the request.

A manager approves it, never the person who asked.

Vorkhurry. Attendance, leave and shifts.

The features involved

Each described exactly as the product inventory describes it.
  • Attendance

Check in and out with breaks, see the day as a timeline, and ask for a correction that a manager approves with the original kept. Check-ins can be matched to office locations.

  • Leave and holidays

Leave types, balances, requests and approvals. Yearly allowances are granted automatically, prorated for joiners and carried forward by your rules, and a holiday calendar can be imported from a spreadsheet.

  • Time tracking and timesheets

Log work against an issue or run a timer, submit a timesheet for a manager to approve, and read time back per project or for the whole organization.

  • Shifts and pay periods

Shifts and schedules per person, and pay periods you can lock to freeze their totals and export as CSV for your payroll system.

  • Performance reviews

Review cycles and reviews, feedback requested from colleagues, and calibration across a team before results are shared.

  • Announcements and policies

Announcements to the whole organization or to chosen people, and policies that each person acknowledges, with a record of who has.

  • Joiner and leaver checklists

A checklist per person joining or leaving, with tasks assigned to whoever owns them and progress you can see at a glance.

  • Employee documents

Contracts and certificates stored privately against a person, viewable only by those allowed, with every access recorded and expiry dates tracked.

Day to day

What this looks like in practice.
  1. Import the holiday calendar and set your leave types
  2. People check in, request leave and log time
  3. Managers approve corrections, leave and timesheets
  4. Lock the pay period and export it for payroll
  5. Run the review cycle with feedback from colleagues

Start with your team, not a sales call

Create a workspace, invite the people you work with, and bring your existing issues in from Jira, Linear or a CSV.
